It is very difficult to get an appointment with a doctor as the receptionists are very unhelpful and rude. I rang to make an appointment and was told they were busy and was offered an appointment 10 days later - another 10 days of discomfort. Two days after I rang a friend rang up for a medicine review and was told they weren't very busy and was offered an appointment with a doctor the next day.

We had to make an urgent appointment today because our son who has special needs was complaining about having an ear ache. The reception staff were understanding and helpful. They managed to fit an appointment in within an hour of our call and we only had to wait about 15minutes to see the doctor. We saw Dr Robinson, whom we hadn't met before, she was very kind and listened to what we had to say. She examined our son and reassured us that he was fine. She was really lovely, and made us feel at ease.

Doctors seem uninterested in problems. Not welcoming - can't get rid of you 'quick enough'! Surgery standards are definitely falling - with constant changes in staff at all levels.

I saw Dr Robinson. She is so caring and delightful, would recommend her.
